HowTo · 30 days
Launch sequence
Follow these steps for a controlled pilot. Adjust list size to your fulfillment capacity.
Define the seeding thesis
Document the job-to-be-done, target community, and success metrics (post-rate band, UGC volume, assisted pipeline). Align brand and legal on claims.
Build the fit scorecard
Score potential nodes on audience match, craft, values risk, and relationship warmth. Cap list size for the pilot (often 25–75 seeds).
Design the seed kit and brief
Assemble product, context card, optional hooks, and disclosure guidance. Keep briefs non-coercive and under one page when possible.
Ship and log every seed
Fulfill packages, confirm tracking numbers, and log seed events in your CRM or ops sheet with owner and date.
Run the nurture cadence
Confirm receipt, offer creative support, respect silence, and escalate only high-signal partners. Do not guilt for non-posts.
Harvest UGC and pipeline
Collect content rights, tag CRM pipeline assists, open affiliate or paid layers for top partners, and schedule repeat cycles.
Review and re-seed
Within 30 days, score segments, kill weak nodes, double down on high trust density, and publish learnings to the team.
